GIG ONE
Falling on the third Tuesday of every month, Unplugged at Pepper Rocks returns for June bringing you a night filled with Blues & Booze – what’s not to love?!
GEORGIE ROSE & BAND
You’ve probably already fallen in love with her gorgeous vocals and Folk ballads solo, but GEORGIE ROSE is stepping it up a notch and adding a full backing band. Channelling the likes of Johnny Cash & Dusty Springfield, Georgie is turning heads up and down the country with vocals that could rival some of the greats & Folk songs that will stick in your head for days. The addition of a full band will probably be too awesome for most to handle, so come prepared. See Georgie in Session solo HERE.
RYAN THOMAS
Armed with one of the blingest guitars we’ve ever seen at Nusic HQ, RYAN THOMAS is bringing Dixie to Notts in a big way. Offering something completely refreshing, sit back, relax and let Ryan’s Americana Blues, twangy guitar & gritty vocals transport you to the Deep South. RYAN THOMAS: The perfect accompaniment to a swinging porch chair, a cigarette & some Whiskey. Check out his Session HERE.
VIRGINIA MOON
Featuring members from one of Nottingham’s finest DELTA SUN, two-piece VIRGINIA MOON is cooking up something a little special. An effortless fusion of Folk, Jazz, Blues & Country, their sultry vocals and lush harmonies create a sound so rich & full you’d believe they had a full band behind them.
SATSUMA ELEPHANTS
Notts lad Matt Henshaw is back in an explosion of Psychedelia with latest project SATSUMA ELEPHANTS. Something totally unique, their eclectic mix of Psychedelic Blues and Rock ‘n’ Roll is offset perfectly by distorted vocals & Indie guitars. One of the best names we’ve heard in while, SATSUMA ELEPHANTS are an exciting new duo to hit the Notts scene.

GIG THREE
Proving that they’re really back with a bang and in the top 3 gigs again, THE SWIINES launch their latest single ‘Love is Blind’ this Saturday at The Rescue Rooms. Come and help one of Nottingham’s most established bands celebrate in style!
THE SWIINES
With a vintage Rock ‘n’ Roll swagger and punchy choruses, these guys bring Britpop back with added punch. With Brit-Pop-meets-Indie anthems & enough charisma to turn Liam & Noel’s heads, THE SWIINES prove that Rock ‘n’ Roll is live, kicking & in The Rescue Rooms this Saturday.
LOIS
Taking influence from the 60s & 70s, LOIS take this and make something completely fresh. With an air of vintage-tinged coolness about them, this four-piece manage to pull off both sounding authentically retro & modern as hell. No question, LOIS make high-quality Indie Rock that would be at home on the big stage.
HOUSE OF THIEVES
Likely lads HOUSE OF THIEVES will also be performing. With clever and witty lyrics, tight and energetic performances and heaps of Rock ‘n’ Roll attitude, HOUSE OF THIEVES are sure to deliver one blistering set. Don’t miss out.
