Well this is a beast of a lineup, init? Acoustickle & Sounddhism have come together with We Out Here to put on a monster of soulful goodness this Thursday and it’s looking well tasty. Queen of Soul HARLEIGHBLU will be serenading your eardrums with all the slick goodness they could ever ask for. MAJOR RUSE are through to bring ya Jazzy wonder, and then there’s the collab project between GEORGIA COPELAND & NADIA LATOYA, backed by SPACE DOLPHIN (still a great name), featuring PARISA and KAMAR. This year’s Independents Festival takes place this weekend. It’s a festival, that, you guessed it, celebrates independents, and let’s face it – Notts KILLS IT on the creative independent front.
So, this year, in collaboration with Phlexx Records, they’ve gone and got a bunch of fine-ass Notts musical talent. From the Acoustic soul vibes of ALEX MILNE, through to the big Indie riffs of VINCENT VAIN. The swag overload that is SANCHO PANZA, through to the out and out classic Indie vibes of BROWN LION ZOO.
