Unplugged showcases some of Nottingham’s awesome new talent this Tuesday at Pepper Rocks.
In the exciting line up is the humble TASHA DEAN, with her catchy lyrics and Soulful and RnB infused Acoustic Pop, also accompanied by Pij on the guitar. She will no doubt draw the crowds in with her uplifting melodies; check her out on our Future Session HERE.
Brace yourself, as CHLOE MCSHANE will mesmerise you with her beautiful RnB-esque vocal and clever song writing ability. This Confetti student is one to watch, see her Future Session of the break through track Singing red HERE.
Also added to the bill are the exciting act MARITA & THE PEACHES, who will deliver an eclectic mash up of powerful vocals with an infused instrumental of deep underground vibes. These brilliant ladies are sure to have you dancing. Also performing are the brilliant acoustic acts: LEE GOUGH and JONATHAN MILLET who is on our New Music Podcast HERE (under his other project, BLIND CAVES).

This Thursday night is the chance to do your bit for charity. Why not come down to FRAZER LOWRIE’S Brittle Bones EP launch at the Jamcafé, where all EP sales will go to local charities Framework and Emmanuel House, making a difference to help the vulnerable and homeless.
The talented FRAZER LOWRIE is a guy with the unique ability to tick all the musical boxes, with intelligent lyrics, a wide vocal range and creative melodies, all under one musical umbrella. The dedication and time he has put into writing this EP for these two great causes is definitely something worth experiencing on the night. Also included on the EP is a remix of Lend Me Your Love by THE ELEMENTZ, making this an extra special release.LeftLion and Farmyard have already described the EP as ‘haunting’, ‘beautiful’ and ‘stunning’, so check him on the New Music Podcast HERE.

The innovative ORIGAMIBIRO are an impressive multi-practice audio-visual artist combination, described as “…Mesmerising…You can’t help but be impressed by Origamibiro’s audio-visual mechanics. A Revelation.” by NME. ORIGAMIBIRO’S new album Shakkei is an amazing piece of musical work. The album’s 9 songs sound like they are played by a small orchestra. However, the trio did it themselves, creating this amazing atmospheric Electro and Classical Ambient music.
